Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage
All custom-made dental appliances from RiteByte include a complimentary 30-day manufacturing warranty. This warranty covers:

• Adjustments and Remakes: If your appliance doesn’t fit correctly, we offer free adjustments or remakes within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned appliances must be clean, in their original condition, and unmodified by the customer or third parties.

• Manufacturing Defects: If you suspect a defect in your appliance, please submit a warranty claim within 30 days of delivery for review.

What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to:

• Lost or stolen appliances

• Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect

• Changes in your dental structure after the appliance is crafted

• Incorrect color choices made during the order process

Filing a Warranty Claim
To file a claim, email us at ritebyteusa@gmail.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting photos (if available). We may request the return of the product for evaluation. Our team will respond during business hours to guide you through the next steps.
